At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks Hall
in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the Third
day ofNovemberDecember in the Eleventh Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County have notice of this Petition and
Appeal and that they and all Persons concerned do attend this
Court on Thursday the Sixth Day of this instant Decr. at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon
to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the said
Court touching the said Appeal
