To the Worshipful His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General quarter Session of the Scace
Assembled

She Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Giles in the fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass warrant or Order under the
Stands and Seals of Thomas Kynaston< no role > and Peter Planck< no role >
Esquires two of him Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City
and Liberty of Westminster in the said County (one whereof
being of the Quorum bearing date sheSevenNineteenth day of
September last Rose Dillon< no role > wife of Charles Dillon< no role > (gone
from her) and their three Children to wit Charles< no role > aged
Right years and upwards Catherine< no role > aged one year and upward
and Ann< no role > aged ten Months waswere removed and Conveyed from
and cut of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid to the said Parish of St. Giles
the paid as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
Said Rose Dillon and her three Children

Years Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the adjudication of the said two Justices therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against the same
And pray your worships will appoint a day
in this present Session for the hearing and determin-
-ing the said appeal

And your Petitioners Shall pray Etc
