It is Ordered that the hearing and determining of the Matter of an Appeal
between the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of White
Parish
in the County of Wilts Appellants and the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of New Brentford
in this County Respondents touching
the legal Settlement of Hannah Hewlet< no role >
and her four bastard Children which
stood Adjourned unto this Day do upon Payment of Thirty Shillings Costs by
the Respondents to the Appellants stand further Adjourned until the next
General Session the Peace to be held for this County And that on Notice thereof in
the mean time to be given to the Respondents they and all parters concerned do
attend the Court at Hicks Hall
aforesaid on Thursday the thirteenth day of
September next at nine of the Clock in the forenoon of the same Day to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court touching the said
Appeal and in the mean time the said poor Woman and her four Children are to
remain in and be relieved the said Parish of New Brentford
