Sheweth
That by virtue of a Pass, Warrant, or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Sir

Esquire, two of his Majesty's Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex
, (One whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 24th August last

, gone from her, and their
three Children, to wit;

aged ten Years;

six Years; &

aged four Years, were removed from
the Parish of Saint Luke
, in the County of Middlesex
, to
the said Parish of Saint James
, as the place of their last
legal settlement, whereby Your Petitioners apprehend
themselves aggrieved, and appeal to Your Worships
against the said Order.
Your Petitioners therefore pray that Your
Worships will be pleased to appoint Some Day
in this present Session, for the hearing and
determining the said Appeal.
