in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of

Esquires Two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
(one where of being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 30th day of August 1770.
Margaret Rawlins< no role >
Widow
of
Isaac Rawlins< no role >
Chocolate maker
deceased and their 3 Children namely
Sarah< no role >
aged 8 years and upwards
Isaac< no role >
aged 5 years and upwards and
Jane< no role >
aged 2 years and upwards were Removed from the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above Barrs
to the said Parish of Saint Luke
as the place of their
last legal Settlement.
Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the said
Order of the said Two Justices of the Peace Appeal to this
Court against the same and humbly pray your Worships
will be pleased to appoint some day in this sessions for the
Hearing and Determining the said Appeal.
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
