Stokes< no role > Handed Allen out of the Tub And when he Came
Out of the Tub he said he would Fight no more
That there was no Blow Struck after he Came out of the Tub
That Informant Saw Allen go and Ease himself and
never save him afterwardsThat Mr. Warner sent
for a Surgeon ThattheInformant hath a great
many times Seen Allen and Thomas together at the
Slaughter House But never knew them have any
Words in Anger beforeAnd Saith that he never
heard Allen Complain of any Illness he had about him
And Thinks he was as well that Morning before he
Fought as Informant had ever seen him
And that after they had done Fighting Informant did
not hear Allen Complain of being hurt in any
particular Part
