That they both appeared very well after the first Fighting
That there were hard Blows in the Second Fight and some
Falls but none but what were FairThat there
were but three Falls and Allen threw Thomas Two out
of the threeThat they were Struggling to threw One Another
near a Tub of Water about Garter High And Allen was
thrown into the Tub And One Arm of Thomas came
into the Tub And the Other Arm was round Allen
Then Allen was taken out of the Tub And he said he would
not Fight any moreThat about Two Minutes
after he came out of the Tub he Dropt down in the
Slaughter HouseDon't know how long he Lived
Saith he hath known Allen Twenty Years
That he had an Agne upon himThat he knows
nothing of ThomasSaith he never saw them two
together beforeThat Allen Appeared Hearty enough
when he Set to firstThat Allen did not Complain of
any Particular Part being hurtSaith they thought
All the Blows Lay in his Body
