Killing some Beast for Mr. Weaver last Friday at Mr
Dobbs's Slaughter houseThat Thomas Mr. Dobbs's
Man (he does not Know his Other Name) was washing
his Hands at the Pump in the Slaughter house Yard And
Allen was going out of the DoorThat Informant
Supposes the Door went against Thomas and urged him
(he Imagines) to Speak Cross to Allen And Allen made a
return to Thomas that he thought himself as good a Man
as he was And Allen Hit Thomas first ever the Arm
Then they fought Two or Three Rounds
That afterwards Thomas said Let me Pull my Cloaths off
And he fumbled about sometime and then they left off
Fighting and neither of them Pulled their Cloaths off till
they fought a Second timeThat after this Fight
there was Silence sometime But they Urged One another
and a good many words Passed between them till they Agreed
to Strip and FightThat this Second Fight they fought
about five MinutesThinks there were four or five
Falls And that the Deceased gave the most Falls
That Informant Saw the Deceased have One Blow he
thinks about the Pit of his Stomach which Knock'd him
upon his BreechThat his Head did not touch
the GroundThat they were Pebble Stones that they
Fought uponThat after this he got up again and
fought furiously And threw the Other a east Fall
That soon after this some how or Other Informant
