And Stood Aggravating Thomas for almost Ten Minutes
And Thomas never Answer'dAt last when he
had Aggravated Thomas so much he said he was not
Afraid of himAnd Then Allen went out of the
Slaughter House into the Yard to Thomas and Said
Damn him or some such Word he would Fight him
directly and began to Pull his Cloaths off And Then
Thomas Pulled his Cloaths offBelieves this was
Eight or Ten Minutes after the first Fighting
That when both their Cloaths were off and they were naked
they went to Fighting again And Informant thinks
they fought four or five Minutes And at the last of
the Fight they both Tumbled into a Tub of Water
That Allen was under most in the Tub And Thomas
Elbow Fell upon himBut where abouts his Elbow
went upon Allen Informant cannot tell
Saith he was then five or Six Yards from the Tub
That to the best of Informants Knowledge Thomas did
not Strike Allen when he fell into the Tub
Informant thinks Allens bobbing to save a Blow made
him go into the TubThat Allens Head was Out
of the Tub on One side And his Legs on the Other and
his Backside was in the middle

That Thomas Once Knock'd down Allen on his Backside
by a Blow on his StomadeThat Allen gave Thomas
Two or Three FallsThat Informant thinks Peter
