Francis Hedges< no role > of Spitalfields Surgeon Saith he was Called
to the Deceased on Friday lastThat Informant Opened
a Vein but he did not BleedThat he was Dead before
Informant got to himThat since that time Informant
Examined the Body And there did not Appear anything
externally from which Informant could form any
Judgment of the Cause of his DeathThat he Observed
Bruises and Contusions about the Lenis which Informant
supposes were Caused by the Deceaseds Twisting and Struggling
That upon Opening the left side of the Body he found a
large Quantity of Blood and Water which was Caused by a
rupture of a Blood Vessell or Vessells Whether the rupture was
Caused by Blows or by a Fall Informant cannot Say
But thinks it must have been done by some Violence
And that Rupture of the Blood Vessell or Vessells
Informant Supposes was the Cause of his Death
