he went to Mr. Dobbs's Slaughter house last Friday Morning
about Seven o ClockThat Allen Came in about half after
Ten to See if his Masters Beasts were there
That he staid about Ten or a dozen Minutes before any
Dispute wasThat thenThoAllen was going to his
Masters Shop And Opening the Door to go the Door went
against Thomas Mr Dobbs's Man who was washing
a Tub in the Yard behind the DoorThat Allen left the Door
open and Thomas Ask'd him to Shut the Door Put he said
he wou'd not And if he did he would well Lick Thomas
Then Allen Came back and Shut the Door And some
Blows Passed between them But who Struck first Informant
cannot TellSaith he saw them both down in the
Kennell And Then Thomas said he would not fight any
more till he Pulled his Cloaths offThen they were
Silenced for some Minutes And then Allen said be wou'd
Fight Thomas for five Shillings But Thomas said he
had no Money And then Allen bid him go to his Masters
to Borrow SomeThat Thomas said he had no Money
or Friends had he would not Ask his Master for any
Then they Aggravated One another till they both Stripd and
fought againThat from the first Fighting till they
began again was near a Quarter of an hour
That this Second time of Fighting they had each a Second
That Bob: (Mr. Weavers apprentice ) was Allens Second
And Peter Stokes< no role > was Thomas's Second
