of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County
aforesaid, And taken before
me this 30th Day of January
in the Year of our Lord 1769
Who saith upon Oath that he was born at
Claynch in ye County of worcester, when his
rather who was a Labouring man Lodg'd, But
whether his said father was a Parishioners
there he knoweth not, that his said father
died when he was about Eleven years old
that He never was an Apprentice
an hired
Servant
or an Housekeeper
or ever gam'd any
Settlement since his Birth but has earnd his
Likeyhood by being a Labourer
, that he has been
out of work these Nos month & has all that
time been strutting about the Country without
any settled abode & has for the last two
Nights lodg'd in a Born that He found open
in Southall
