One Fall And in that Fall theDeceased the
Deceased Threw Thomas And in about half a Minute
afterwards the Deceaseds Cabses of his Legs went against
a Tub which was standing there for washing of Tripe and he
fell Backwards into the TubTo the best of
Informants Knowledge Thomas did not Strike him
when he fell into the Tub Only Should against him
And Whether the Deceaseds Head Struck against the Tub
or not Informant cannot SayThat the Deceased
was Lifted out of the Tub by Informant and Another and
as soon as the Deceased was Out of the Tub he said
he would Fight no moreThat there was a good
deal of Water in the Tub and the Deceased Sat upon the
Edge of it sometime And then Walk'd about
That he strained to Reach but whether or not be brot.
up Any thing Informant cannot Tell
That he Died in about fifteen or Twenty Minutes
after he came out of the TubThat he could not
be Persuaded to have his Cloaths onDesired to
Ease himself And did Ease himself a few Minutes
before he DiedThat the Deceased Appeared
to Informant before he fought to be as well as ever he
Saw him But to always Looked Acting And Informant Believes that the Deceased
and Thomas had neverSeenSpoke One another before
That Mr. Hedges the Surgeon was Sent for and he Opened
a Vein but the Deceased Bled but very little
That the last Words he said was Let me Go Home I shall Did [..]
But he did not Complain of being hurt in any Particular
