County of Middlesex Isquire one of the Petitioners
named in the annexed petition Maketh Oath that the
Statute Duty therein mentioned hath been chiefly
performed under his Direction and Inspection And
Saith that the Contents of the said Petition are in all
respect true to the best of his knowledge Judgement
information and belief And that on Sunday the
Seventh day of August last to the best of his
recollection and belief due notice was given at
Hanwell Church of this application then being
intended to be made
