To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Sr John Fielding< no role > Knt. and Philip
Dyot
< no role > Esquire two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 23d. day of September last Five Children of
Archibald Marr< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife (both deceased) namely
Mary< no role > aged twelve Years and upwards Archibald< no role > aged
Eleven years and upwards John< no role > aged Nine Years and
upwards Barnard< no role > aged Seven Years and upwards
and William< no role > aged four years and upwards were Removed
and conveyed from the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton
Garden and Ely Rents in the Parish of St Andrew
Holborn in the said County to the Parish of St Giles
in the Fields as the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said five Children

Your Petitioners conceive themselves Aggrieved
by the Adjudication of the said two Justices, there-
fore humbly appeal to this Court against
the same, And pray your worship will
appoint a day in this present Session for
the hearing and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
