ton. Garden and Ely-Rents in the Parish of St Andrew Hol-
born in the said County, and to the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of Christ Church in the
same County

WHEREAS Complaint has been made by you the Overseers
of the Poor of the said Liberty of Saffron-Hill Hatton-Garden ,
and Ely-Rents, unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace (whereof one is of the Quorum) in &
for the said County of Middlesex , That John Barwick< no role > the
Younger [..]
lately intruded himself into your said Liberty of Saffron-Hill ,
Hatton-Garden , and Ely-Rents, there to inhabit as Parishioner con-
trary to the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and is
there [..] become Chargeableis not namely preventedAND
WHEREAS, upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Pre-
mises, on Oath and other Circumstances it appears to us and we ac-
cordingly adjudge, That the said John Barwick< no role > is
[..] become Chargeable unto the said Liberty of Saffron-Hill , Hat-
ton-Garden, and Ely-Rents, and that the last legal Place of Settlement
of the said John Barwick< no role >
is in the said Parish of
Christ Church

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron-Hill , Hatton-
Garden , and Ely-Rents aforesaid, that you or some of you do forth-
with remove and convey the said John Barwick< no role >
from your said Liberty of Saffron-Hill , Hatton-Garden , and Ely-Rents
to the said Parish of Christ Church
and him deliver to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or some or one of them, together with
this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy thereof; whereby they are
likewise required in his Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of theSta-
tutes in Such Case made, forth with to receive the said John Barwick< no role >
into their said Parish carr and provide for him
as their own Parishioner. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
nineteenth Day of September in the Year of
our Lord, One thousand seven hundred and Sixty eight
