of the Poor of the said Liberty of Saffron-Hill
, Hatton-Garden
and Ely-Rents unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set, two
of his Majesty's Justices the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) in and
for the said County of Middlesex
That Five Children of

lately intruded themselves into your, said Liberty of Saffron-Hill

, and Ely-Rents; there to inhabit as Parishioners con-
trary to the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and are
there

WHEREAS, upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Pre-
mises, on Oath and other Circumstances it appears to us and we ac-
cordingly adjudge, That the said Five Children are
[..] become Chargeable unto the said Liberty of Saffron-Hill
, Hat-
ton-Garden, and Ely-Rents and that the last legal Place of Settlement
of the said Five Children
is in the said Parish of
Saint Giles
THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name: to order and require you
the said Overseers of the Poor
of the Liberty of Saffron-Hill, Hatton-
Garden, and Ely-Rents
aforesaid, that you or some of you, do forth-
with remove and convey the said Five Children
from your said Liberty of Saffron-Hill
, Hatton-Garden
, and Ely-Rents
to the said Parish of saint Giles
and [..] them deliver to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or some or one of them together with
this our Warrant or Order, or a true Copy thereof; whereby they are
likewise required in his Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of the Sta-
tutes in such Case made, forthwith to receive the said Five Children
in to their Parish care and provide for them
as their own Parishioners GIVEN under our Hands and Seals the
Twenty third Day of September in the Year of
our Lord, One thousand Seven, hundred and Sixty eight
