THE Examination of Jane Trigg< no role >
a
Rogue and Vagabond apprehended by Duglis Dryer< no role > one of
the Bedels of the Parish of Saint Martin in the fields
in the Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex and brought before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid. And taken before
me this Sixteenth Day of September
in the Year of our Lord 1768

This Examinant on her Oath saith That he is 29
Years of Age That she is the Widow of James Trig< no role > (who
died three Weeks ago) So whom she was Married at the
Parish Church of St. Olave in the Borough of Southwark in
the County of Surry the 17th day of January in the year 1758.
That her said husband served seven Years Apprenticeship
to Mr. Maplesdon a Butcher at Kempsinge in the County
of Kent ,That her said husband never did any Act to gain a
Subsequent Settlement, That she this Examinant hath two
Children living by her said husband to wit Ann< no role > aged four
years and Robert< no role > aged two years both now with this
Examinant
