Westminster To wit


To the Constable, Headborough Tythingman
and other Officer of the Peace of the Parish
of St. Martin of in the fields in the
Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex
within the saidto receive
and convey. And to the Church-Wardens,
Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish, Place or Precinct of
Kempsinge in the County of Kent of or
either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Jane Trig< no role > Widow of James Trigg< no role >
deceased and their two Children to wit Ann< no role >
aged four years and Robert< no role > aged two years was
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Martin in the fields
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) wandering and beging
in a loose idle and disorderly manner contrary
to the Statute in that Case made and Provided
and upon Examination of the said Jane Trig< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the last legal
Place of Settlement of the said Jane Trigg< no role > and
Two Children is in the Parish of Kemsinge
in the County of Kent aforesaid
These are therefore to require you the said Constable, or other Officer,
to convey the said Jane Trig and two Children to the Parish
to the of St. Mary at Lambeth in the of County of Surry that being the first
Parish in the next Precinct, throught which they ought to pass
in the direct Way to the said Parish of Kemsinge to which
they are to be sent, and to deliver them to the Constable,or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with
this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Jane
Trigg
< no role > taking his Receipt
for the same And the said Jane Trig and two Children
to be thence carried on in like Manner
to the said Parish of Kemsinge
there to be delivered to some Church Warden, Chapel Warden, or Over-
seer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church-
Warden; Chapel-Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required
to receive the Person and provide for them as aforesaid Given
under my Hand and Seal this 16th Day of September
in the Year of our Lord 17 68
