Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Miles Hoddy for
himself saith that on Saturday Night the 3d. of Sepr. last he was Constable
of the Night for the Parish of St. James
Clerkenwell

into the
Field where it was said the said Mr. Stoddart had been Attackt and
Wounded and there found a Handkerchief and a Coat now produced and the said Thomas
Johnson< no role >
for himself saith that he is very well acquainted with John

's now Present and says that a few days before Mr. Stoddart
was hurt he saw a Coat now produced upon his back says he also knows
one Timothy Simpson< no role >
a Barber and Companion of said Mc.Cloud that one of them used to Wear a light brown
the other a dark brown Wigg like unto those now produced
