MIDDLESEX .

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two of
His MAJESTY'S Justices of the Peace in and for the County
of MIDDLESEX (one whereof being of the Quorum)
by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. LUKE , in the said County, That
John Chambers< no role > (Son of Daniel Chambers< no role > &
Susanna< no role > his Wife both deceased) aged about
five years have
lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle there,
contrary to Law. And it appeareth unto us the said Justices,
and we do adjudge that he is likely to become charge-
able to the said Parish; and upon Examination of Leonard
[..] taken upon Oath,
it further appeareth unto us, and we do likewise adjudge, that
the parish of Clifton in the County of Warwick
is the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said

These are therefore in His MAJESTYS'S Name to Charge and
Command the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. LUKE , forthwith to remove and convey the
said John Chambers< no role >
from the said Parish of St. LUKE , to the said Parish of
Clifton and deliver him to the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them, who are hereby required to provide for him
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
the 25th Day of April 17 68

of the Poor of the respective Parishes
of St. LUKE, in the County of MID-
DLESEX, and [..] Clifton
in the County of Warwick
and to all other Officers whom it may
concern.
