of Saint Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
Maketh Oath that he this Deponent was present at the
Executing of the General Release hereunto Annexed and
that he did see Mary Woodgyer< no role > the Prosecutrix of the
Indictment in this Cause duely Make her Mark thereto and
Seal and as her Act and Deed deliver the said General Release
And that the Mark thereto set against the seal of the said
Letter of Attorney is of the own Proper hand Marking of the
said Mary Woodgyer< no role > And this Deponent further saith That
the Names of this Deponent and of Robert Coates< no role > thereto
set as Subscribing Witnesses to the Execution thereof
are of this Deponents and of the said Robert Coates< no role > own
Proper respective hands Writing
