WHEREAS Complaint has been made by you the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Saint Mary Islington
unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace

of one is of the Quorum)

said, that

an Infant, hath
lately intruded into your said Parish of Saint Mary Islington
there to inhabit as a Parishioner contrary to the Laws relating
to the Settlement of the Poor, and there likely to become
chargeable, if not timely prevented: AND WHEREAS, upon
due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises, as will
as on the Oath of

it appears unto Us, and we accordingly adjudge, that the said
Rose Anne Forassassi, is
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish of Saint Mary
Islington
and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the said Rose Anne Forassassi
is in the said Parish of
Saint Giles's in the fields

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and re-
quire you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Mary Islington
aforesaid, that you
or some of you, doth forthwith remove and convey the said
Rose Anne Forassasi from your said Parish of Saint
Mary Islington
to the said Parish of Saint Giles
in the Fields
and her deliver
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some
or one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a
ture Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required, in his
Majesty's Name, and by Virtue of het Statutes in such Case
made, forthwith to receive the said Rose Anne Forassasi
into their said Parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner, GIVEN under our Hands and Seals
the 2d Day of June in the Year of
our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Eight
