To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Leonard, Shoreditch , in the County of
Middlesex , and to the Church-Wardens an Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows Lambert Street
in the City of London

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the County of Middlesex , (one whereof be-
ing of the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Leonard,
Shoreditch , Middlesex , that Mary Hayward< no role > Wife of
Wilmer Hayward< no role > (who is gone from her and left
her Destitute and unprovided for) hath lately
come to Inabit in the said Parish of saint Leonard
Shoredtich not having gained any legal Settlement
there and is become
likely to becomeChargeable to the same; We the said
Justices upon Examination of the Premises upon Oath
and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be
ture, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said Mary Hayward< no role > is in the parish
of Allhollows Lambert Street in the City of
London aforesaid

THESE are therefore in his Majesty's Name to
require you the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Leonard,
Shoreditch , Middlesex , on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Mary Hayward< no role >
from and out of your Parish of St. Leonard, unto the
said Parish of Allhollows Lambert Street
and her deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or to one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof, who are hereby required to receive and provide
for her according to Law.
