At the Genl. Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the County of Middlesex by Adjournmt. at Hicks Hall in
St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Tuesday the first day of May 1764

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Middlesex within
mentioned or some of them have Notice of this Appeal And that they and all
parties concerned do Attend this Court at Hicks Hall aforesaid on Thursday
next at ten o'Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgmt. and determination
of this Court in the Premisses
