The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Giles Without Cripplegate London

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under
the hands and Seals of Christopher Scott< no role > & Walter
Berry
< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (One being of the
Quorum) Rachael Minus< no role > the Widow of John
Minus
< no role > deceased was Removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Giles without Cripplegate
London as the Place of her last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Warrant Or Order
and humbly Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore
Humbly Pray that your Worships
Will he pleased to appoint a Day
of this present Session that all
Parties may Attend to hear & Abide
the Judgment & determination of
this Court touching the said appeal
