To the Worshipful His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session Assembled.

We whose names are hereunto subscribed
being all the Workmen who on the Sixteenth
Day of March last Surveyed the Partition
will between a certain House intended to
be built by Mr. Christopher Lawson< no role > of Fetter
Lane London (upon a new foundation) on a
certain Piece or parcel of Ground whereon stood
a certain Messuage or Tenement lately converted
into a Coach house, and Situate on the East
side of Fetter Lane aforesaid belonging to the
said Mr Lawson and a certain House next Adjourning Standg
and being in the said Sheet called Fetter Lane
belonging to Mr Isaac Hardy< no role > and in the
occupation of Alexander, Mackray Do
Certify that the said Partition or party=
Wall is defective and ruinous and ought
to be pulled down Witness our Hands
this 30th. day of April 1764.
