We whose names are hereunto subscribed
being all the Workmen who on the Sixteenth
Day of March last Surveyed the Partition
will between a certain House intended to
be built by Mr. Christopher Lawson< no role >
of Fetter
Lane London
(upon a new foundation) on a
certain Piece or parcel of Ground whereon stood
a certain Messuage or Tenement lately converted
into a Coach house, and Situate on the East
side of Fetter Lane aforesaid belonging to the
said Mr Lawson and a certain House next Adjourning Standg
and being in the said Sheet called Fetter Lane
belonging to Mr Isaac Hardy< no role >
and in the
occupation of Alexander, Mackray Do
Certify that the said Partition or party=
Wall is defective and ruinous and ought
to be pulled down Witness our Hands
this 30th. day of April 1764.
