At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middlesex at Hicks Hall in St: John Street [..]
in the County aforesaid by Adjournment on Tuesday
the first day of May in the Fourth year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord King George the Third and
in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
and Sixty four

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this County have
Notice of this Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do Attend
this Court on Thursday next at nine o' Clock in the forenoon
to hear and Abide the Judgement and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal
