The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Martin in the fields
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Middx.

Sheweth
Wm. P. is since
Deced 20th Inst.

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warsant
under the hands and Seals of William Timbrel< no role >
and William Mantle< no role > two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middx one whereof being of
the Quorum bearing date the 25th. day of
January 1764, William Pearson< no role > , Elizabeth< no role > his
Wife and their two Children Vizt. William< no role > aged
Twelve years and Phillippa< no role > aged Seven years
were Removed from the parish of St. George
Hanover Square within the Liberty and County
aforesaid unto the said parish of St. Martin in
the fields as the place of there last legal
Settlement, Whereby your Petr. conceive
themselves aggrieved and do Appeal against
the said Order

Your Petr. therefore most humbly pray
that your Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining
the said Appeal
