Sheweth
That the Accounts of
Charles Young< no role >
and
John Plase< no role >
Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of Fulham
on Fulham
side for the year One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty
two having been first Verifyed on Oath were allowed. and
Confirmed by
Thomas Miller< no role >
Esquire One of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace
in and for the Said County of Middlesex
On the twenty second day of June One thousand Seven
hundred and Sixty three
That there are several Extravagant and illegal
Disburstments and Overcharges in the said Accounts
which your Petitioner Apprehends would be disallowed
by this Court and your Petitioner has Several Material
Objections to the same Accounts

Your Petitioner therefore humbly Apprehend
himself Aggrieved by Such Allowance of the
said Accounts and Doth Appeal against the
same And Prays that this Court will appoint
Some day in the next General Conar Session
of the Peace to be held for this County of the
said

and all Other
persons Concerned to attend this Court to hear
and abide the Judgement and Determination of
the same Court touching the said Appeal And
that in the mean time the Benefit of the
Said Appeal may be Saved to your Petr.
