And Whereas the sd. Appr. Writing under the hand of the sd. Abram North Indorsedan Indorsementon the back of the said Indre
of Apprenticeship bearing date the 9th day of Febry 1764the said
Abram North< no role > Did Consent that the said Sarah Stanley< no role > his apprentice
should Serve the Hemr. of her time with
was assigned & turned over to Mr. John Stanton< no role > , And
Whereas by another Writing under the hand of the said John Stanton< no role >
under the hardIndorsed on the said Indenture bearing date the 20th.
day of Febry last1763 by and with the Consent of the said apprentice
and also of the said Abraham North< no role > the former Araster Assign and
Turn over
the said Apprentice, was assigned & turnd over unto Elizabeth Seacole< no role > of Cross Street
Hatton Garden Dealer in Poultry and other things to serve
for the
residue of the said Termwe there in mentionedAnd Whereas
Several Differenceshadhave arisen between the sd: Mistress and the said
apprentice And the said Mistress having Complained unto us two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County in the
presence of the Mother of the said Apprentice that her said
Apprentice was become an Idle disorderly and disobedient Apprentice
and has absented herself from her service and thereupon the said Mistressand Apprenticeand herMistress
Mother having Personally appeared before us and mutually
consentedgto the said Apprentice being discharged fromhimher
said Apprenticeship Which We are of Opinion will be to the
benefit of all Parties We do therefore by these presents discharge
the said Sarah Stanley< no role > from her said apprenticeship to the said
Eliza. Seacole anything in the said Indre of apprenticeship and Indorsments
thereon contained to the contrary notwithstanding
