The Information of Catherine

30th day of May 1763

who being upon Oath says that on Friday Night last
about 12 o Clock being Lockt out of her Lodgings She went into the
brown & Cushion in Russell Street whose She saw a
Person now Prevent who call himself Wm. David< no role > in
Company with one Murphey one Morris and several
others and that She Drank with them, that She said
with them about a Quarter of an hour other went out
says that Morris beating one Poll Money broughtout
all the rest of the [..] Company says that She went on toward
this Stakes pear and met Mr John Holson< no role > now
Present, that one of the said Sailors run against Mr
Nelson and at the same time said what do you
run agt [..] me for you Russell or Words to that
effect, says she then Thought She heard Mr. Nelson
say if I have run agt you Sir Jack your Pardens that
one of the Sailors then said that the Barber, that
Willm David< no role > then gave this Informt. a Cane to hold
and immediately runup to Mr. Nelson & Snatach the
Watchout of his Pocket Vranaway with it as did
the rest,
