The Information of John Rogan< no role > John Billoch< no role >
& Mark Mc Gibbon< no role > to her before me on of his
Majesty Justices of the Peace for the sd County.

Who being sevly on Oath say & firl the Jus John Rogan< no role >
for him well Saith That about half a [..] Twelve o Clock lait
Night this Jus was going Lane to his to adjust [..] thro St.
Martins Court he was stopped by fiscords Men in
Saylors Habits armed with Catlasis & blud Seans who
after beating this Just. and Putting him in Fens & danger
of his life robbed him of his Hat a Cane & their Shillings in
Money [..] this Juferyed out Stop thief and in about
St ninete a person now precent who call himself
James Lang< no role > man was taken into Custody by the Wateh
men & produced to this Just. And the Jus Saith he
verily bels. that the sd. Jam Langman< no role > to be one of
the persons who robbed him and that he was the
first Person that stopt him And the Jus John
Bullock
< no role > for himsellf saith that him a watchman
in the Panil of Ann and last Night as he was
calling the half Hour after Twelve in [..] alley he heard a Cry of
Stop Theif and Imediatly repaired to the plan and
save five or six Sailors running and saith that they
seperated and this Jus pursued the sd Jan Lansman
who never was out of his Night untile he was secured And
thu Jus Mark Mc Gibbon for himself saith That he
in also a Watchman of St Martins in the Fields and as
he was on his Stand sams Craborn Alley he heard
acry of Watch about to after Twelve last night
