Owen Mc. Carty< no role > , Thomas Gray< no role > and
Sarah< no role > his Wife

Eleanor Horrold< no role > of Rattcliff Highway in the County
of Middlesex and Moses Israel< no role > of the same place
Watchmaker upon their Oath severally say that
two Woman whose names these Deponents do not
knew, Since the Defendant Owen Mc. Carty< no role > has
been in Custody and before he was Committed to
prison came to him being so in Custody and severally
claimed to be the Wifes of the said Owen Mc. Carty
And that the said Owen Mc. Carty did live and
Cohabit with them at different times And these
Deponents say that they having severally requested
him to give information where they could take
the other Defendants, The said Owen Mc. Carty
acknowledged to these Deponents that he had
it in his power to take them but would not
give those Deponents information, not the
Constable who took him information thereof
And these Deponents do verily believe that the
said Owen Mc. Carty of at such time had it in
his power to have directed the Constable were
to have taken the said Thomas Gray< no role > and
Sarah< no role > his Wife And that as these Deponents
verily beleives he now has it in his power
to give such information And this Deponent
Eleanor Horrold< no role > for herself farther saith that
one of the persons who was with the said Owen
Mc. Carty and claimed to be the Wife of the
said Owen Mc. Carty that she was in Company
