Take Notice that I will appear at the next General Session
of the peace to be held by Adjournment at Hicks Hall in and for the
County of Middlesex on Tuesday the 22d. day of February Instant
at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon and then and thereof (or so soon
after as Counsel can be heard) Try my Traverse upon the
Indictment preferred by you against me in this Cause Dated this 18th. day
of February 1763.
