And by the said Order They the said Two Justices Ordered and
required the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of Ealing that they or some of them should
forthwith Remove and Convey the said Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role >
from their said Parish of Ealing to the said Parish of Stanwell
& deliver her to the petitioners or some of them by which said
Order the Petitioners were like wise required in his Majesys.
Name to receive the said Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > into their
said Parish & to provide for her as their own parishioner
or to that Effect That the Petitioners an Appellants did think
themselves aggrieved by the said Order because the last Legal
Place of Settlement of the said Elizabeth Wilkinson< no role > was in
the said Parish of Ealing & not in the Petitioners said Parish
of Stanwell Where upon at the the request of the said Petitioners
It was Ordered that the Benefit of their said Appeal should be
saved unto them & that the hearing & determining thereof
should stand adjourned unto this present Session And that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Ealing should on Notice thereof Attend the Court an Tuesday the Eleventh
day of this instant January (being the Second day of this Present
Session holden by Adjournment at Hicks Hall aforesaid). uponwch.
said Tuesday the final hearing and Determining of the said
Appeal was further Adjourned unto this day Now upon hearing
the said Petition & Appeal in the Presence and hearing of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said Parish of
Ealing & their Council And having heard what hath been Alledgd
on either side by the respective Churchwardens & Overseers
their Council and Witnesses in & concerning the Premisses
This Court doth allow the said Appeal & doth vacate & discharge
the aforesaid Order of Removal and the same is hereby vacated
and discharged accordingly And this Court doth Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
Stanwell do Convey & deliver the said Poor woman to the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
