Jeremiah Keabel< no role > of
Watling Street London Coach man taken
before us this 2d. day of Janry 1763

Who being upon Oath says that last Night as he
was going in a Hackney Coach to Mile end about
nine o' Clock [..] he was stoptley a Person
now present who calls himself John Collins< no role > , who
Presented a Pistol to this Informt. and demanded
his Money which he refused to deliver and
attempted to Apprehend said Collins who then
run away, that on this Informant's pursuing
him he turned round and fired his Pistol at him
which grazed his Wigg, says he then continued
his Pursuit til he apprehended and secured said
Collins, and this Informt. farther says that he never
last Sight of said Collins from the Time of his Stopping
the Coach to the Time of his Apprehending him
