At theGeneralQuarter Sessions of the peace
of our Sovereign Lord the King holden at Hicks hall
in St. John Street in and for the County aforesaid by
Adjournment on Tuesday the Fourteenth
day of September 1762 in the 2d. year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Luke [..] within mentioned have Notice of this Appeal [..]
parties concerned Do attend this Court on Thursday
nextat ten of the
Clock in the forenoon of the same day then and there
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of this Court touching the Matters contained in the
within petition and Appeal
