To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex Assembled
in their General Sessions of the peace.

The Humble petition and appeal of Francis Donnall< no role >
of the parish of Saint Luke in the County of
Middlesex Victualler .

Sheweth


That Your petitioner by virtue of a warrant under
the Hand and seal of the Worshipful John Spencer Colepeper< no role > Esqr
one of his Majesties Justices of the peace For the County of
middlesex was convened before the said John Spencer Colepeper Esqr
and was convicted (as he apprehends) of Knowingly Suffering
and permitting one William Mills< no role > to play at a certain Game
called Skittles in his Skittle Ground in the parish aforesaid
against the Form of the Statute in that behalf.

That Your petitioner Humbly conceiving himself
aggrieved by the Judgment and Determination of the said
Justice Doth appeal to this Honourable Court From the same
and prays such Relief in the premises us to Your Worships
shall seem meet.

Your petitioner therefore Humbly prays that
all parties concerned may be ordered to attend
this Honourable Court to hear and abide the
Determination of Your Worships in the premises

And Your petitioner shall ever pray Etc
