The Information of Mark Mccabe < no role > & John
Hendly
< no role > taken before me one of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the sd.
County.

Who being Severally on Oath say & first the sd. Mark
for himself saith that on Saturday last about noon
there was stolen out of this Inf Room a Surtout
Coat a Close body Coat a Hat which was Flapped
as he always were [..] and about Five Pounds in
Money & other things And the Inf saith that a
Person now Present who calls herself Frances
Rawlins
< no role > lodged in the same house with this Inf & on
the same Floor and at the time the said Felony was
Committed the sd. Frances absconded her said Lodgings
and returned no more whereupon this Inf Suspected she
was the Person who stole the said things And this
Inf John Hendley< no role > for himself said that on the
same day [..] between Twelve & one he saw
the said Frances at the End of Bowl yard in St. Giles
with a Brown Surtout Coat upon her Arm and other
thing which he could not see as the Surtout hid the
other things & att lapped hat in her hand & saw her
offer them to sale to a person he does not know
And this Inf Mark McCabe for the saith that by
the description of the sd. Coat & Hat, he verily bels.
them to the above mentioned Coat & verily bels. the
said Frances stole the above things
