Who being on Oath says that on Wednesday Night last
he Penned up in a Field belonging to the said Mr. Wood three
hundred and twenty Sheep, says that the next Morning about
7 o'Clock he went to lett out said Sheep & move the Field, when
he missed a Number of said particularly ten new Sheep, says
that he thereupon went in Search of said Sheep towards
Chertsey Bridge
near which place to met with a Man now
present who calls himself Thomas Woolgerham< no role >
in possession
of Twenty seven of said Mr. Woods Sheep and who on this
Informent's asking him how he came by said Sheep declared
he had them in Chertsey
found, and farther says that he verily
believes the said Woolgerham feloniously took and drove away
said Sheep
William Roffe< no role >
being on Oath says that on Thursday
Morning last he saw the above Woolgerham drive a
Number of Sheep belonging to Thomas Wood< no role >

. towards
Chertsey Bridges
, whereupon this Informt. taxed said
Woolgerham with Stealing said Sheep, but that he
Personated a Servant
of Mr. Wood's and said he
was bringing the Sheep from him
