after Disputes arose between Dean & his Companions, and the
Deced & his Company, and a Person who appeared to be a
Naval Officer Struck Deponent, and Soon after Dean
assaulted Deponent and came to blows, Dean & his Company
drove the Deced & his Companions out of the Room, and the
Deced soon after said he was wounded by an Officer Dept.
said he did not observe the Deced to have any Weapon in
his hand.
