was Prsent at the quarrel at the Bulls head from first to
last That last Saturday Night he was at the Bulls head

were drinking togr. & that two Men one Nam'd Connor
& the other unknown came in togr.That the deced
was very much in Liquor & troublesome That Farrell
desired him to be quiethe went to his place but
after a little time return'd & went & laid hold of
Nancy Connor< no role > the deced Wife cried out Murder
& Farrel came up again & laid hold of the deced
both fell on the Stairsgot up togr. & Farrell
with one of his hands open'd the Street door. That
the deced with both his hands collar'd Farrell &
fell backwards into the Kennell & Pulled Farrell upon him
