The Infomation Richd. Loveder< no role > taken before and
us two [..] of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
said County.

Who being on Oath saith That on Sunday was Seven as be
last the Ins pur a Pair of Silver buckles in his Waistcote
Pocket and put his Waistcoat in a Closet in the Room and on
last Sunday this Jus intending to wear the Buckles pullin
hand into the Waistcoat pocket & found the paper where the
Buckles were in but the buckles was gone and the Jus further
saith that be suspects a person now present who call himself
Joseph Mc donough< no role > to have taking the same he the sd. Joseph
lodging in the pain Room with this Jus and upon this
Jus unlocking the Closet and using his buckler as assd. and
also having found the sd. Joseph Mc Donough< no role > 's Coal taking
there out (which this Ins badly leave of the sd. Joseph
locked up there) which much surprised then Ins and upon this
Jus mentioning it to the sd. Joseph be them told this Jus that
he had open the sd. Closet Don & taking his Coal there out
and had farthing the Don again for this Jus found the
Door backacertwhen he looked for be buckles as
assd. And this Jus further saith from the above reason
of leaving the sd. Closet look'd and the Joseph cousessing
he had open'd it this Jus berily lees the sd. Joseph
took away his buckles & no other person.
