Humbly Sheweth

That your Petitioner stands charged upon the
Oaths of Thomas Hudson< no role > and Charles Mead< no role > upon
Suspicion of feloniously receiving a Quantity of Iron
and Lead the Property of the said Thomas Hudson< no role > and
Edward Cole< no role > his Copartner well knowing the same to be
Stolen

That your Petitioner doubts not but to prove his
Innocence of the Crime charged agt. your Petitioner in
his Commitment

Therefore your Petitioner humbly prays
that he may be Tryed Bailed or Discharged
this present Sessions

And your Petitioner as in Duty bound
