The Informations of Thos Hudson< no role > and Charles
Mead
< no role > taken before me one of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the sd: County

Who being severally on Oath say and first the sd Thomas
Hudson
< no role > for himself saith that himself and partner are
carrying on a Building near St Magnus Church in the City
of London in which Bailding three Labourers were
employed who call themselous green Langly and Mead the
other Informant and this peform: saith that he missed at
divers times quantitys of old Lead and Iron and this Inform:
saith that upon searching the House of one Patick greogham< no role >
upon the Information of the other Inform: Charles Mead< no role > he
this peform: found in the sd Grayhams House a Quantity of sd
Iron and Lead which their Informer beleives from the not all
of it to be the property of this Informer and his partner more
especialy as two of the sd Pieces of Iron are very particular
and the sd: Charles Mead< no role > for himself saith that within about
three weeks this Inform; the sd Green and Longly have
Stolen from the sd: Building a large Quantity of Old Iron
and Lead which they have Sold to divers persons and
particularly the sd Green and this Informt soldfivefour different
bar there to the sd Gray haver and received some times six shillings
and at others Seven Shillings and that the quantity they
carried each time to beleives contained full a hundred wright
which was delivered to the sd Gray ham about eight o'Clock
at night and always after the shop was shut up and saith
that excepting the first time by never said the sd Lead or Iron
weight but left it at night and in the morning they went
and Gray ham paid them what he thought proper at the rate of one
penny a pound but this Inform is certain that the quantity
named by Gray ham was far short of what was delivered by
this Informr: and the sd: Green and saith that the sd Grayham
