At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in
Saint John that in the County aforesaid by Adjournment On
Thursday the 23d day of October in the 31th. Year of the
Reign of King George the second over Great Britain Etc.

An Account of Inquisitions having been produced before this Court
by John Feary< no role > Gentleman Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex there in mentioning the same to be taken on
View of Dead Bodies within the said city and Liberty from the 29th.
day of March last to the 21st. day of October instant and Chargeable by
Act of Parliament on the said County which Inquisitions contain the
Names of the Bodies viewed being Eighteen in Number And it appearing
unto this Court by writing under the Hands of Bartholomew Hammond< no role > and
Francis Bedwell< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County That they have Examined the said Account And
that there is one for the same to the said Coroner the Sum of Eighteen
Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Six pence It is Ordered by this
Court that Mr John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County Do pay the said
Sum of Eighteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings and Six pence unto the said
Coroner in full of his said Dem and whose Receipt together with
this Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer
for such Payment.

sufficient in his Hands.

Received this 6th. day of Decemr. 1760 of Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer
of the County of Middlesex the Sum of Eighteen Pounds Sixteen Shillings
and Six pence in full pursuant to the above mentioned Order
