The Humble Petition and Appeal of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster and
County of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal under the hands and Seals of Edm. Byron< no role >
and Jno. Machin< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of
the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster (One
whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 15th.
day of August 1760 Grissel Greer< no role > Wife of Alexander
Greer< no role > (who is an Irishman and hath not gained any
Settlement in this Kingdom and is now in the Lock
Hospital in Kent Street Southwark ) was Removed
from the Parish of St. Anne within the Liberty of
Westminster in the County of Middx to the [..] Parish
of St. Martin in the Fields within the same Liberty
and County as the place of her last legal Settlement
Where by Your Petrs. conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved, and against the said Order do Appeal

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray
that this Worshipful Court will be
pleased to appoint a day in this present
Session for hearing and determining-
this Appeal and that all partys concerned
may then and thew attend.
