the Parish of St: Anne within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St: Martin in the Fields within the same
Liberty and County and to each and every of them

Whereas Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the City and Liberty of Westminster
aforesaid (One whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St: Anne
That Grissel Greer< no role > Wife of Alexander Greer< no role >
(who is an Irishman and hath not gained any
Settlement in this Kingdom and is now in
the Lock Hospital in Kent street Southwark ) hath
lately intruded, and come into the said Parish of
St: Anne
and is likely to become Chargeable to the same,
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Grissel Greer< no role >
to be in the Parish of St: Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Grissel Greer< no role >

from and out of your said Parish of St: Anne
to the said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields
and her deliver unto the Church-wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or One of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
her according to Law. Given under Our
Hands and Seals this 15th Day of August 1760
