To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in General Quarter Session at Hicks Hall
Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: Anne within the Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the hand and Seal of Benjamin
Cox
< no role > Esqr: one of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster
bearing Date the twenty fourth day of June last Sarah Powell< no role > was removed as
a Rogue and Vagabond from the Parish of St: James within the Liberty of
Westminster to the said Parish of St: Anne as her last Legal place of Settlement
whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they humbly Appeal to Your Worships against
the said Pass Warrant and Pray Your Worships will be
pleased to Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of St: James and all persons
concerned do Attend this Court some day in this present
Session to hear and Abide the Judgement and Determination
of this Court touching the said Appeal
